FRST I would say has been updated and Norton's SONAR componant has detected, Turn off SONAR
and see this for the logs
"go to Wikisend wikisend.com/ OR go to pastebin.com
and upload the addition.txt there, then post the download link back in a message"
It can also be used for frst.txt

Ok due to the 1 file name I have identified in logs that is why you cannot attach or paste on this forum, it also means I cannot just give the script .txt file and I will zip it instead.
Hope you know how to take a file out of a .zip archive (extract).

You may want to read carefully all of this message first before starting the steps. NOTE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating systemDownload the script attached (download the fixlist.zip and open it, inside is the fixlist.txt to extract), needs to be the same file name as well (fixlist.txt), have it on the Desktop, so that fixlist.txt is next to FRST64.exe, DO NOT DRAG AND DROP to download the script, it won't work for FRST (Right click on the attachment link (not the normal left click) and from the menu choose Save As or Save Link as.)
The script tells FRST what to do. Start FRST that is on the desktop
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. (if it still does) Press the Fix button just once and wait. The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply (attach or paste) Quads Attachments:fixlist.zip (2.22 KB)

I know I must be an incredible headache to deal with, and for that I apologize. I read the instructions in your last post very carefully before I did anything. Then I followed the directions, but after I press the "Fix" button, I get a popup message that reads: "No fixlist.txt found. The fixlist.txt should be in the same folder/directory the tool is located. What did I do wrong?

You have to take fixlist.txt out of inside the fixlist.zip then have fixlist.txt on the Desktop by FRST.

Thanks...that worked! I wasn't sure if I was supposed to use Pastebin to send you the text from the fixlist like I had to earlier? If so, here it is: pastebin.com/download.php?i=3V2KvqmJ
