Sorry, Quads, I'm only seeing the OTL and Extras documents. There is an Addition.txt document from FRST. Searching my computer, the Addition.txt from FRST is the only one I can find. Should I try to run OTL again? Or, do you want the FRST document?

Start OTL, Right click "Run as Administrator" Under Copy and paste What I have put in the .txt file I have attached, all the way to the bottom ([REBOOT] is the last command line) , It is in the correct line by line layout as it is to be for OTL to understand, what I want it to do. (include the : at the start of :OTL and all the way to the end / bottom) and run the script. (Red Run Fix Button) The output log, should be placed in the C:\_OTL\MovedFiles folder after, to attach back here. Looks like a txt file not a Folder Quads

Disable Norton
Start OTL again but this time click the Black CleanUp button, then make sure the C:\_OTL folder is deleted after OTL deletes itself. After that you are free to go on your merry way. You are now fixed / Solved.

I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but after running the script, and my computer rebooted, I noticed my system was a bit sluggish. So:
1) I rebooted again. That time, it stuck on the black Windows Loading screen for a long time before automatically rebooting again. It gave me the option to restart normally or do a startup repair.
2) I chose to restart normally. It took a long time to load, but it finally did and was exceptionally sluggish. It took me around five minutes to log into my Google account so I could back up a few documents I am working on at the moment. I could not open Norton (though the icon indicated it was working normally).
3) After that, I restarted again. This time, everything was slow but usable.
4) I just rebooted AGAIN and it seems back to normal.
Is that normal? If so, I'll execute the Black CleanUp.
Thanks for all your help!

OTL may have had trouble delete something in the script and had a fight with something during the restart the Black Cleanup button OTL will delete itself and everything in and including the quarantine folder.

Could the problem be my hard drive? I just came home to a blue screen (sadly, I didn't write down the error). Rebooting is now taking over five minutes.

Yes that could be a Hard Drive Problem especially if you find the problem is getting worse and worse and more frequent. Startup and Shutdown (or playing computer games) are high load points, pushed harder.
If it is thought it is a hard drive, save all data you want, as when a Hard Drive fails that is where data is stored and may not be able to be retrieved, even with our tools. Where it is RAM or a Video card etc, No data so just have to replace the stuffed component
Yes I have gone through 2 Hard Drives myself., and 2 motherboards.........................
