Is it fixed or is it not finding the folder? I accidentally left out the colon after the C in my previous post.

Aaahhhhhh so partly my error to, FRST is correct, there is no C\ (no : ) so that is why it is not found that path is non existent
I have change the fixlist and attached the new one to save and run like the last one

File should have read c:\Users\Bobby\AppData\LocalLow\yhecl.dll I accidentally left out the colon.

when you hit the "reply" button anf an new page loads to create a new message see on the upper right hand side the "Add Attachment" button

Ok looks like you only have one, other users report 2 or more files. But I want that .dll to help myself and other Malware Researchers and SSR
You may have to Disable Norton to do this as Norton Auto Protect may block the move of the file to my quarantine folder.
I have change the fixlist and attached the new one to save and run like the last 2
