Hi. About half an hour ago a Yellow triangle with an exclamation point inside of it appeared in my - show hidden icons in the task bar. Memory is constantly at 17% even if im not doing anything. Since this thing has come up i have reset the pc and the triangle with the exclamation point has disappeared from the - show hidden items bit of the task bar but the host for windows tasks process is still in the task manager but its not exclamated by the yellow triangle with the exclamation point in it anymore. Is this a virus ? Please help.

What does your AVG IS 2015 tell you?

I did whole computer scan - no threats.

Then your system should be fine. (At least malware free.) You may want to go to one of the free support forums to see if they can recommend a system process scanner / tuner. I would try BleepingComputer.com or GeeksToGo.com .
