It means you did not follow all the instructions in the orientation posts. You need to upload the files to a file sharing site such as wikisend.com or pastebin.com. Then return here and post the links those sites will give you for you uploaded files. The service that hosts this free forum is using some very strict filters to keep all their hosted forums safe and running. I have no control over their filters.

oap, I got your logs and you did a good job on those EXCEPT that the FRST.txt file and the Addition.txt file are from two different scans. To be most effective, both of these logs need to be from the same scan run. Not to worry as this is easily accomplished by >>>> Read Slowly and all of it.If you still have a Addition.txt log file on your desktop, please delete it now. Start FRST64 that is on your Desktop by right clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator". The tool will start to run. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. (if it does) FRST will check for an updated version and will auto update itself if needed; please allow this to happen. The tool will inform you when it is ready for you to run it. Select Additional.txt in the Optional Scans section of FRST64. Press the Scan button. It will make two logs ( FRST.txt and addition.txt) on your Desktop. Please upload the files to wikisend.com and post the links here (as you did earlier today). ( Ask if you don't know how to do either of these). Notes:
If your Security software blocks the running or download of FRST / FRST64, please disable the security software or make an exception for this file. FRST is updated very frequently and is safe to run but because of the frequent changes (to keep up with newest malware techniques) most Security Software does not approve of the unknown file. Right now the forum will not allow one to attach the Addition.txt file so please use wikisend.com or pastebin.com to upload the file and then post the download link here in your reply post.

Please try to upload the FRST.txt file one more time; for some reason it did not take (I get a blank file; no text). The Addition.txt file is perfect (so pat yourself on the back there) so I know you can do the other one also.

You did very well on this attempt; I see why you get redirects. This should help with that problem.... You may want to read carefully all of this message first before starting the steps. NOTE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating systemDownload the self-extracting script file (Fixlist.exe) that is attached and save it to your desktop. Double click on the file and extract the enclosed file to your desktop. This will put the Fixlist.txt file on your desktop. Script file --> Fixlist.exe (188.27 KB) Start FRST that is on the desktop by right clicking on file and selecting "Run as Administrator..."When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. (if it still does) The tool will tell you when it is ready to run (it may try and update itself; allow it to do so). Press the Fix button just once and wait. The script will be processed and your system restarted to complete the removal / breakage of the malware. The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach or paste this file in your next reply.
