The Firefox crashes when I make use the IE tab to visit some special websites.
And it is strange that I get redirected to ms.itsupport.com, which never happens before.
I checked “remove ms.itsupport.com” on google and the results showed that my PC is infected by malicious software.
But the norton antivirus diagnoses that the system is safe. I'm really mad at the two problems, please help!
