I want to thank you for all of the time and effort that you spent analyzing my problem and developing a script specific to my problem on my computer. I'm not sure what the final steps in your process would have done. But, the issues related to the Supra Savings malware seem to have been eliminated. We can now browse without having the ads and redirects associated with malware.
I don't know why you spend so much of your time solving other people's computer problems. But, I can tell you how much it is appreciated.

Adwcleaner shows more but was not done by the instructions, you can do what you like with Adwcleaner now as a result and what I shifted is also in a special quarantine folder it is up to you to sort that out now to.

The computer is running great since you did your work.
I did complete the running of the Adwcleaner.
The only open issue is the stuff that you put in a special quarantine folder. I can not take action on that . Since everything is running well, can I let that stuff just stay in the quarantine folder ?
