These were the instructions I followed: Quads Avatar Jul 8, 2014 12:20:17 GMT -7 Quads said: Read Slowly and all of it. Please download www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/ You need to download the 64 bit version. Place FRST64.exe onto your desktop from where ever it downloaded to. Start FRST64 that is on your Desktop The tool will start to run. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. (if it does) Press Scan button. It will make a logs (FRST.txt and addition.txt) on your Desktop Please attach the log in your reply back. Or open the logs in notepad and copy the logs and paste back in a message as a reply.

I have asked the other MR (who has not come online yet and is still training) if he wants to do your system as you ignored the warnings and guidelines that each thread has to start with, Some in BIG RED type, and I do so many systems including systems in front of me that I no longer do systems where users ignore guidelines / warnings / and instructions
It is too hard to deal with

I apologize, I was simply trying to be pro-active with your time and definitely was not trying to be disrespectful in any way. I apologize as my pro-activeness apparently seemed over-anxious and disrespectful which was not intended. I did read all the warnings from his post and thought these initial steps were safe steps to take to be pro-active.

Please download the attached file, fixlist.txt, and place it on your desktop (the same place FRST64.exe is at).
Double click on FRST64.exe to start the program (Notice: the program may inform you that there is a new version; if so, it will download and start the newer version automatically for you; wait for this to finish before you start the FIX run).
Once the application is fully loaded, press the FIX button once and let the tool run.
If the tool asks to reboot your system, let it and it will open a report file named Fixlog.txt; this file should be saved on your desktop and also to the location C:\FRST\Logs with a date & time stamp added to the name.
Please attach either the file on your desktop or the one in the Log folder to your reply post here. Thanks; I will check this and give further instructions.
WARNING: THIS FIX IS FOR THIS USER AND THIS SYSTEM AT THIS TIME ONLY!!!! USE BY ANYONE ELSE, ON ANY OTHER SYSTEM OR AT ANY OTHER TIME CAN RESULT IN SYSTEM DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
