Have you tried reporting this to Norton support? Heur detections are file behavior based and Norton's definition may need to be adjusted.

Norton recommended this site as they could not help...
And Norton Power Eraser failed.

Norton Support or Norton Forum?
If you uninstall Adaware Antivirus does the detections by Norton stop?

I uninstalled the Adaware program over a week ago, and the error messages have not appeared since. So that seems to be the solution. Thanks
