Sorry for the late reply; work has been hectic lately (covering people on sick leave, inventory, etc.). I did examine your last FRST logs and the Norton log you posted. I also did some more research into what exactly Norton is informing you on in the IPS log.
The Malvertisement Website Redirect 21 log entry is just an informative entry that Norton stopped your web browsing from being sent to a possible bad ad site. The site is external to your system and is most likely a compromised ad on one of your home pages. Norton has protected you and you are safe so far.

Thanks! Does this mean that my computer is not infected since Norton is protecting against it?

That is exactly what I was trying to say. You could try the Malwarebytes AntiRootKit tool ( from here ) as that has helped some people with the Malvertisement issues.
