You may want to make sure Norton is disabled for as long as possible with the options available as this is going to take FRST a long long long long time I would guess.
You may want to read carefully all of this message first before starting the steps.
NOTE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
Download the script attached, needs to be the same file name as well (fixlist.txt), have it on the Desktop, so that fixlist.txt is next to FRST64.exe,
DO NOT DRAG AND DROP to download the script, it won't work for FRST (Right click on the attachment link (not the normal left click) and from the menu choose Save As or Save Link as.)
The script tells FRST what to do.
Start FRST that is on the desktop When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. (if it still does)
Press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply (attach or paste)
You may have to use Wikisend as the log may be to big for this forum.

OK FRST does not understand the instructions for all the leftover DECRYPT_INSTRUCTION files left everywhere
No false positives by ESET
Re Run ESET with the same settings BUT A Difference Tick the box for ESET to remove what is found, at least that way it will place the files inside the ESET folder for me to be able just to grab the folder later or when you uninstall ESET after the scan and log output it should ask if you want the quarantine deleted from the system also.

have all of these ticked instead off one read below in picture (not ticked) Have all ticked so all GREEN HAVE REMOVE FOUND THREATS box ticked. Then when you uninstall ESET at finish it should ask if you want the Quarantine deleted YES have it do so. Quads

I told you to have the setting selected so that ESET deleted the items, The log shows it has not done so.

I scanned it several times and I don't know if I am missing something but I cannot find to delete the items on uninstall. Here is the last scan. After I hit uninstall it just takes me to a page to purchase the software. pastebin.com/kr1MadJ6
