If you did not do so at the end of its scan, please uninstall ESET Online Scanner at this time. You can use the Control Panel 'Add / Remove Programs' or 'Programs and Features' utility to uninstall it. Next, we need to remove the tools we've used during cleaning your machine. [/a] Ensure the following is ticked: - Activate UAC
- Remove disinfection tools
- Create registry backup
- Purge system restore
- Reset system settings
[/ul] Then click Run. The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Please paste the log in your next reply. Once you have the log file saved, please reboot your system to complete the clean up process. Your system looks clean and your logs are fine. Unless you want something else done, you are done and free to go.Final word from me: Surf safely, and watch when installing or letting anything add itself to your system. Remember, the best security is not on your system but in the chair in front of it. Take care and thanks for sticking with us in this rushed time.

Thank you for your reply. However, I cannot find the ESET Online Scanner at the Uninstall or change a program in Control Panel. The ESET is currently on my desktop. Should I be doing something else to uninstall it?
I have not start Delfix yet. Thank you for your assistance.

Then you most likely selected the Uninstall at the end of the ESET scan and it removed the installed program. DelFix will remove the rest from the desktop; please run it and post the log. Thanks.

OK. Thank you for your reply. Just to confirm this. Because the ESET cannot be found at the list under Uninstall menu in Control Panel, it means that it has been uninstalled? However, I still have ESET on my desktop and when I click it as run as administrator, I can go into ESET. So, doesn't this mean that it has not been uninstalled? Sorry if I confuse you. Please let me know if so. Thank you, again.

Glad you got back from your trip in good condition!
To finish up, just run the DelFix program to remove all the tools we used and reset any changed system settings to defaults. Please post that log here and then you are good to go.

Thank you dbrisen. Here is the log: wikisend.com/download/502868/DelFix.txtThere is one application that is still in my comp, that is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Should I go ahead and uninstall it manually from Control Panel's Uninstall a Program?

If you want to remove Malwarebytes' Antimalware, that is up to you and yes, you can uninstall it via the Control Panel app. However, if you installed the free version, this does not have a real time scanner driver that interferes with your AntiVirus. We usually recommend keeping MBAM installed and run a scan with it once a week as a second opinion / second line of defense against malware. But it is your choice....
Have a great summer and surf safely!!

Hi dbrisen, sorry for the late reply. Again. So, I guess there is nothing else we should be doing at this point, right? If there isn't, I want to say thank you for all your guides and assistance. As well as being patient and putting up with my questions. What you and your colleagues are doing here helping people is a noble thing. Again, thank you very much for helping me getting through this rough patch. I really appreciate it! God bless!
