Humm... interesting. You might want to look at the HP Officejet feedback task(s). It does seem to be a poorly formed program. Let me know if I can assist you in any way.

UPDATE: I turned off the search protocol executable. It seemed to be running at the same time as DLL Host. I'll watch it for a few days and see...

Thank you for checking in. I was out of town this week. The GREAT news is problem solved. It's probably a combination of your contributions and I disabled the Windows Search protocol exe file. Somehow, even though I had turned thumbnails off, the search protocol was triggering DLLHOST.EXE *32. Consider this case closed!!!
