Hello. Sorry I'm here again. When i start my computer and log into Windows an unrecognized icon strobes and disappears in the taskbar. I don't know what the icon is. It's blackish gray and white writing i think. Strobes too quickly. I can only ever catch the left side of it when i notice it quickly appearing as a strobing icon and immediately after the strobing it disappears. Please help if you can.

Download Autoruns by Sysinternals from here. Run the program and then open the Scan Options; check Check VirusTotal.com; click rescan. When the scan is done, go to Options and click Hide VirusTotal Clean Entries. Under the the Logon and Boot Execute tabs, does anything show now?

There are 3 things in Logon tab. I'm sorry I meant the icon flashes, not strobes. Also, If you can please have a look at the file I attach of My PC's installed services (local). Are there too many ? I think I found the icon and what it is through AVG PC Tuneup. I think it is called SecureDeleteBackground. I attach an image.

That looks fine to me. You could disable the SecureDeleteBackground and see what difference that makes but it sounds like the routine is running and deleting what it should (blinking while doing so to indicate a working state) and then unloading itself.
What else can you find about the SecureDeleteBackground service (Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services)?

There is no SecureDeleteBackground in Services.

Turn off SecureDeleteBackground via the AVG PC Tuneup program. Reboot your PC and tell me how it is running.

I'm sorry I uninstalled AVG Pc Tuneup. Switching SecureDeleteBackground doesn't work. I've tried before uninstalling AVG, sorry I didn't mention this. I uninstalled AVG as it was behaving peculiarly and seemingly by itself despite Automatic tuneup being switched off. AVG kept giving notifications of completed work. AVG itself was giving notifications, not the Windows Action Centre. I think the icon is an Asus Manager icon. This software came with the Pc I think. I've installed the Asus Manager again. The icon thing still happens. The original Asus Manager and other Asus software that came with the Pc were impossible to uninstall. I deleted all the folders and the Asus programs were removed from Programs and features after a Pc clean up by AVG Pc Tuneup and a Pc restart. I deleted a lot of Folders from my Pc. From the partition with Windows. Not from the Windows folder. I think it was all junk.
Please ask anything you need to know but I have strength to type more now.
