My computer stops functioning, is this a malware?

So I don't know if this is a malware or not, but I figure I'll write here and see what you guys think.

I have a windows 10, and recently I have gotten a problem where my computer stops working every so often when I'm playing games, watching videos or just doing nothing. The screen would freeze, and Alt-Tab doesn't work, and neither does Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Two times, instead of this happening, the computer instead gave me a blue screen with a barcode and it said 'kmode exception not handled'

So is this something a malware could do, or anything else I could get help with here?
