I have windows 7 ultimate edition with IE11. Everytime I login to IE11 it gives me a popup that tells me the site has an invalid certificate.
When you look for the certificate, it tells you the certificate has a different name than the issuer but it is not expired. has the name brill or btrll. can't remember for sure. i'm attaching the the two files you said to.FRST.txt (32.25 KB)It would not let me upload the Addition file (Forbidden)

I really do need the Addition.txt file also. Notice that you will need to use wikisend.com to supply me with the Addition.txt log; steps to do this are explained here . Once you have provided the logs required, I will assist you as best we can. Thank you. |

I tried doing this again with Wikisend. The addition file is on my desktop,but when you try to upload it, it tells you error: Forbidden. So I tried to upload ity with pastebin and I guess I'm doing something wrong. I went to the desktop and right clicked the file then chose cut. then came here and it doesn,t come with me so I can paste and where do I paste

I removed the files and went back and downloaded again. and I think it said that it didn,t download all the info for the addition file. Attachments:FRST.txt (31.94 KB)

Double click on the file on your desktop; this should open it in Notepad.exe.
Once open in Notepad, press CTRL + A keys to select all the text at once. Then press CTRL + C to copy the selected text.
Go to pastebin.com and, in the new paste box, press CTRL + V keys to paste all the copied text. Then click on Create NewPaste at the bottom of the box. Copy the URL of the pastebin page that is in the address bar and paste that in a post here.
