Disable the AV for 30 mins or more Start OTL, Right click "Run as Administrator" Under Copy and paste What I have put in the .txt file I have attached, all the way to the bottom ([REBOOT] is the last command line) , It is in the correct line by line layout as it is to be for OTL to understand, what I want it to do. (include the : at the start of :OTL and all the way to the end / bottom) and run the script. (Red Run Fix Button) The output log, should be placed in the C:\_OTL\MovedFiles folder after, to attach back here. Looks like a txt file not a Folder Quads

While OTL was running ?? Like when the temporary internet folders were being empied
Generally if Norton is blocking a object is a website as malicious that is good (unless a false positive) it would mean that the object detected will not load on yor system in the browser.

Not when OTL was running as AV was disabled for an hour. It was after the reboot as well as after posting the OTL log to this thread. As you said, probably nothing to worry about.

Norton may have detected one of the items OTL shifted over on the restart from the temporary folders (eg .htm files)

If you find in future that detects a file in a temp folder and blocks you may have to Disable Norton for say 1 hour and then have Windows or a 3rd party program empty the temp folders before enabling Norton again. Download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop. toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/2-delfix/Double-click to run the program; Note: Windows Vista/7/8 users right-click and choose Run as administrator Make sure the Remove Disinfection tools is ticked / selected in the list Click RUNThen you can go on your merry way, system cleaned Quads
