Tools and Quarantines we used to be removed Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop. toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/2-delfix/Double-click to run the program; Note: Windows Vista/7/8 users right-click and choose Run as administrator Make sure the Remove Disinfection tools is ticked / selected in the list Click RunA log will be opened after the operation is finished Copy and Paste it in your next reply Quads

OK saved the log but I can't find it so I ran it again. D'oh. Now it doesn't show the ones it says it deleted. Sorry. they were adwcleaner, frst64 and roguekiller. however I still see those on my desktop.

Now I cant access internet in that account. I can in the admin account though.

There is nothing Delfix would do that means you can't access the internet (it does not touch the internet

And you went against the guidelines anyway by running it twice.
So I really have no idea what you have done but just by having delfix do that 1 option does not touch the internet.
