Uninstall ESET Online Scanner
THEN
You may want to read carefully all of this message first before starting the steps.
NOTE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
Download the script attached, needs to be the same file name as well (fixlist.txt), have it on the Desktop, so that fixlist.txt is next to FRST64.exe,
DO NOT DRAG AND DROP to download the script, it won't work for FRST (Right click on the attachment link (not the normal left click) and from the menu choose Save As or Save Link as.)
The script tells FRST what to do.
Start FRST that is on the desktop When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. (if it still does)
Press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply (attach or paste)

Did you uninstall ESET? We need to remove the tools we've used during cleaning your machine [/a] [*]Ensure the following is ticked: - Remove disinfection tools
- Activate UAC
- Create registry backup
- Purge system restore
Then click Run. The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Please paste the log in your next reply. Once you have the log file saved, please reboot your system to complete the clean up process. [/ul]

Yes, ESET gave me the option of removing it after the scan, which I did. I ran Delfix with the options you gave me, and the log file is attached. I rebooted the machine as instructed by delfix. All of the scan tools seem to have been removed except the malwarebytes anti malware tool, which I can uninstall manually - if you give me the go-ahead.

Personally, I would keep Malwarebytes Antimalware on my system and use it once a week to scan for anything that sneaked by the system defenses.
Your system looks clean and your logs are fine. Unless Quads wants something else done, you are done and free to go.
Final word from me: Surf safely, and watch when installing or letting anything add itself to your system. Remember, the best security is not on your system but in the chair in front of it. Take care and thanks for sticking with us in this rushed time.
