I don't know if this is a simple problem or one that is more complex. I have Windows 10 and there are two desktop accounts on the computer. The problem with the one is during the loading process, it doesn't seem to be able to completely load the desktop. The screen keeps flashing continuously and sometimes goes to a black screen as it tries to bring up the desktop. It does this over and over again. I have an attachment, but 1mg only gives me about a second to show you, and I don't think you can really see it. Is there another way to send you a longer clip? Meanwhile the other desktop account has been running fine. I run Norton, Spybot and Malwarebytes fairly often. Any other information that you may need? Thanks! Attachments:My Movie1.mp4 (750.62 KB)

I have tried restarting numerous times, and I've shut the computer down and started back up again. Not sure if the description above was clear enough about the problem. When it tries to fully load the desktop, the desktop picture comes up, but before it can continue to load, it's like the screen has hiccups. It tries to finish loading, then a hiccup. So, that's sort of what I meant by the screen "flashing". Sometimes the screen goes black for a few seconds, then the desktop picture with the icons come up once again, and stops and starts, trying to finish completely loading all the processes.
Thanks.

Do you know what is different about the two accounts? Different programs loading, settings, active desktop, scanners in the background, etc.? This is a driver / application loading error either with memory or file conflicts. Are there any clues in the Event Viewer (Windows Event Logs Viewer)?
