I would do the checks that the support person informed you about first.
On the error reports; did they make mini dumps or just details to send to MS? Did you ever find them?
Let me know what support finds if you go that route. Also (so you won't feel too bad) I am having some questions about Win10 on my system but every new OS has its breaking in period.

I got home late (01:30) & it took about another 30 minutes to get into the chat. We were into the 2nd scan when he said it would be easiest to revert to Windows 7 & then just reinstall 10. He recommended that route.
I did find some error logs & ask him if it would be helpful to look at them. He did not seem interested. I suspect he is correct the a reinstall makes sence because there is nothing on the PC yet (personal files & the like). They seem to have make it "click & go" to revert & reinstall! Software is getting easier to use.

Sounds good to me. Just do what is convenient for you.

Just to keep you in the loop...I reinstalled 10 & it is working better...but still too slow & no video! Come to find out there are a lot of cards that are not supported in 10 yet. MS Support says they are working on them, but no telling when the driver updates will be available. I posted last night on the AMD Forum asking if anybody knew a timeline. We'll see if they have any idea. If not, I'll revert back to 7 since it was working pretty good after its reinstall.
Update: AMD responded on the forum. They just say to unistall the driver & let WU get an old one since they are not supported. I read some other threads on it & they never say when they plan on updating them. Even when people get mad & call them out on the stalling, they refuse to say. That is poor customer support. IMHO!

Unfortunately. my impression of AMD graphics is that they work really hard on new products and leave the rest to die a slow death. Great company and great products but the support side could be better to say the least.
Glad to hear it is going good for you!
